RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DA'Z'E OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE THE ALLEY IN BLOCK
178, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 17th day of May, 1971, asking the Board
of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the East-West alley located in
Block 178, Original City of Little Rock, in accordance with plat attached to
said Petition, subject, however, to any public utility easements located within
said alley;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
July
on the 6th day of 1WiX, 1971.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
