A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Drainage Easement granted to the City
of Little Rock by the Commissioners of Little Rock Pulaski
Drainage District #2 and dated December 29, 1970, concerning
a parcel of land located in the Industrial Park Addition to
the City of Little Rock, and more particularly described
as follows:
An easement across a parcel of land located in the Industrial
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock.
A strip of land 25 feet on either side of a line
beginning at a point on the East line of Lot 1,
Block 49, Industrial Park Addition; thence in a
Northwesterly direction adjacent to the toe of
the existing berme distance of approximately
3, 500 feet to an intersection with the existing
ditch running approximately parallel with the
center of Gregg Street; thence North a distance
of approximately 100 feet into the Gregg Street
Pumping Station, said land lying wholly within
the right-of-way of Little Rock Pulaski Drainage
District No. Two.
This is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
