A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT CON-
CURRENTLY WITH THE PARKING AUTHORITY,
ROBINSON AUDITORIUM COMMISSION AND
CAMELOT INN - LITTLE ROCK , INC. FOR
CONSULTING SERVICES ON THE CONVENTION
CENTER PROJECT ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed, acting for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock ,
to execute an agreement concurrently with the Parking Authority ,
Robinson Auditorium Commission and Camelot Inn - Little Rock ,
Inc. for the consulting services of AUTOMATED CONSTRUCTION
TECHNOLOGY, INC. , to schedule the various
stages of construction involved in the planned convention
center project, which agreement shall be in form and sub-
stance as follows :

This AGREEMENT, made this day of , 197_, by and between
-'` AUTOMATED CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY, INC., (hereinafter referred to as the CONSULTANT) and

Little Rock Municipal Garage at Markham and Spring Streets

All conditions of the attached AUTOMATED CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY, INC. STANDARD
JAGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the STANDARD AGREEMENT), except those which are noted
to be NOT APPLICABLE (NA) below, constitute a part of, and are considered to be binding upon,
this AGREEMENT.
I. CRITICAL PATH SCHEDULING SEMINAR — The Consultant shall provide those services described
in Article I of the STANDARD AGREEMENT for the fee of NOT APPLICABLE
Jplus FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) per attendee. The total fee for services described in Article I shall be

II. SCHEMATIC DESIGN AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULING PHASE — The Consultant shall
provide those services described in Article II of the STANDARD AGREEMENT including the prepare-

--' expense, which shall be reimbursed to the Consultant upon the submittal and approval of detailed
expense reports, the fee for this phase shall be based upon the SCHEDULE OF HOURLY RATES,
1 APPENDIX I of the STANDARD AGREEMENT. The total fee for services described in Article II shall

III. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT SCHEDULING PHASE — The Consultant shall provide those
services described in Article III of the STANDARD AGREEMENT including the preparation of updated
_ schedules once each \:O T APPUICALl . Exclusive of out-of-pocket and travel expense, which
shall be reimbursed to the Consultant upon the submittal and approval of detailed expense reports,
the fee for this phase shall be based upon the SCHEDULE OF HOURLY RATES, APPENDIX I of the
STANDARD AGREEMENT. The total fee for services described in Article III shall not exceed

"1 IV. PRE-BID SCHEDULING PHASE - The Consultant shall provide those services described in

V. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING PHASE — The Consultant shall provide those services described
in Article V of the STANDARD AGREEMENT for the lump sum fee of
$1 ,250.00 (One thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars )

VI . CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PHASE - The Consultant shall provide
those services described in Article VI of the STANDARD AGREEMENT
on a cost-plus basis not to exceed the guaranteed maximum of
$165.00 (One hundred and sixty-five dollars ) per month if a visit to
the jobsite is required by the Camelot Inn Hotels Garage, and
Auditorium contractors OR S105.00 (One hundred and five dollars) per
month if a visit to the jobsite is not required by the Camelot Inn
Hotel, Garage, and Auditorium contractors .
VII . In the event the Municipal Garage at Markham and Spring Streets
contractor requires a visit to the jobsite by the Consultant, in any
given month, but the Camelot Inn Hotel and Robinson Auditorium
Remodelling contractors do not require such a visit, the Consultant

AGREEMENT on a cost-plus basis not to exceed the guaranteed maximum of
X55.00 (Three hundred and fifty-five dollars ) per month applicable .
--� VIII . In the event the Municipal Garage at Markham and Spring Streets
and the Robinson Auditorium Remodelling contractors require a visit
to the jobsite by the Consultant, in any given month, but the Camelot
Inn Hotel contractor does not require such a visit, the Consult-
ant shall provide those services described in Article VI of the
-] STANDARD AGREEMENT on a cost-plus basis not to exceed the guaranteed
maximum of $230. 00 (Two hundred and thirty dollars) per month applic-
able .
IX. In the event the CAMELOT INN HOTEL CONTRACTOR does not elect to
contract for CPM Scheduling Services with the Consultant, this
agreement shall be considered as null and void by the parties hereto.

VI . CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PHASE - The Consultant shall provide
those services described in Article VI of the STANDARD AGREEMENT on
a cost-plus basis not to exceed the guaranteed maximum of
-] $185 .00 (One hundred and eighty-five dollars) per month if a visit to
the jobsite is required by the Camelot Inn Hotel, Garage, and
Auditorium contractors OR 5120.00 (One hundred and twenty dollars) per
month if a visit to the jobsite is not required by the Camelot Inn
Hotel, Garage, and Auditorium contractors .
VII . In the event the Robinson Auditorium Remodelling
contractor requires a visit to the jobsite by the Consultant, in any
given month, but the Camelot Inn Hotel and Municipal Garage
-] contractors do not require such a visit, the Consultant shall provide
those services described in Article VI of the STANDARD AGREEMENT on
a cost-plus basis not to exceed the guaranteed maximum of
5370.00 (Three hundred and seventy dollars ) per month applicable .
VIII . In the event the Robinson Auditorium Remodelling
and the Munici.al Gara:e at Markham and S.rint Streets
contractors require a visit to the jobsite by the Consultant, in any
given month, but the Camelot Inn Hotel contractor does not require
such a visit, the Consultant shall provide those services described
in Article VI of the STANDARD AGREEMENT on a cost-plus basis not to
exceed the guaranteed maximum of $245,.00 (Two hundred and forty-five
dollars per month applicable .
-"� IX. In the event the CAMELOT INN HOTEL CONTRACTOR does not elect to
contract for CPM Scheduling Services with the Consultant, this
-' agreement shall be considered as null and void by the parties hereto .

SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
