RESOLUTION NO. 4,560
RESOLUTION OF THIS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK , ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE STREET IN BLOCKS 2 - 15 , BELLEVUE ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , on the 12th day of March ,
1971 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the
street in Blocks 2 - 15 of Bellevue Addition to the City of Little Rock,
as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in
Deed Book 1 , Page 251 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas , subject , however , to any public utility easements located in
said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o' clock P.M. , on the 7th day of June , 19 71 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a
week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the City of Little
Rock.
