A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE ARKANSAS STATE
CRIME COMMISSION FOR FEDERAL LAW ENFORCE-
MENT AGENCY ACT FUNDS TO BE USED FOR
CERTAIN POLICE DEPARTMENT PROJECTS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed, acting for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas , to make and file an application with the Arkansas
State Crime Commission for funds available through and by
the Federal Law Enforcement Agency Act to be used for the
purpose of providing support equipment and other related items
for a public information officer for the Little Rock Police
Department.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is further authorized and
directed, acting for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas , to make and file an application with the Arkansas
State Crime Commission for funds available through and by the
Federal Law Enforcement Agency Act to be used for providing
facility training equipment for the Police Training Facility
in the City of Little Rock , Arkansas .
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
