A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEASON TICKET GREENS FEES
FOR WAR MEMORIAL AND REBSAMEN PARK GOLF COURSES ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES ;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a season ticket
greens fees for War Memorial and Rebsamen Park Golf Courses as
follows:
a) $130.00 per year - allows one golfer to play any
time at either of the courses.
b) $160.00 per year - allows man and wife to play
any time at either of the courses.
c) $85.00 per year - allows one golfer to play week
days only excluding holidays.
d) $100.00 per year - allows man and wife to play
week days only excluding holidays.
SECTION 2. The season ticket provided for herein is non-
transferable and use by a person other than the purchaser shall
entitle City to revoke such ticket. Under no condition will
refunds be made.
SECTION 3. Resolution No. 4376 adopted May 4, 1970 is
hereby repealed and this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
