RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND APPOINTING ASSESSORS
OF WATER PIPELINE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 133
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Water Pipeline
Improvement District No . 133 of Little Rock, Arkansas have
filed the plans and have reported the estimate of costs
of constructing the improvements contemplated in said local
improvement district to be $11,000. 00 to be assessed and
charged upon the real property of the district according
to the benefits received, and it appearing that said plans
are as prayed for in said petition, and that said estimate
of costs to be charged against the real property of the
district is less than 80% of all property in the district,
as shown by the last county assessment;
BE IT , THEREFORE , RESOLVED that the making of
the assessment for said improvements be undertaken and that
Glenn D. Espy, Harry Worley and Poe Rodgers are hereby ap-
pointed assessors to assess the benefits to be realized by
each lot or block or other subdivision of land in said dis-
trict .
