A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. KENNETH JONES
AS A MEMBER OF THE CENSOR BOARD OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS TO FILL THE VACANCY
CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF MR. JIMMY
JONES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Kenneth Jones is hereby appointed
as a member of the Censor Board of the City of Little
Rock to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of
Mr. Jimmy Jones which term expires December 31, 1971.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
