RESOLUTION NO, 4,506
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
TO MRS. JANE C. SUMMERS , CORRECTING A
MISDESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN A CERTAIN
DEED EXECUTED ON NOVEMBER 13, 1970, BY
MRS . JANE C. SUMMERS TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, there is a misdescription contained in a certain
Deed executed by Jane C. Summers to the City of Little Rock dated
November 13, 1970, which Deed is recorded in Pulaski County Record
Book 1129 at page 323; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to correct said misdescription;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a Quitclaim Deed to Jane C. Summers, Grantee for the
purposes of correcting a misdescription contained in a certain Deed
executed by her in favor of the City of Little Rock dated Novem-
ber 13, 1970, which Deed is recorded in Pulaski County Record
Book 1129 at page 323 . The Quitclaim Deed shall be in word and
form as follows :

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
on the day of February, 1971, by Resolution No.
authorized and directed the Mayor, together with the City Clerk,
to convey to Jane C. Summers property in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, we, George Wimberly and Jane Czech, Mayor
and City Clerk respectively of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
a municipal corporation, organized, chartered and existing under
authority of the laws of the State of Arkansas, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Five Hundred Three and 36/100 Dollars
($503 . 36) , cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable considera-
tion, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, acting for and
in behalf of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, do hereby convey,
alien and quitclaim unto Jane C. Summers forever, the following
lands lying in the City of Little Rock, County of Pulaski, State
of Arkansas, to-wit :
A tract of land described as the East 460
feet of the South 110 feet of the South
one-half of the South one-half of the NW4,
SW' , NE4; and the East 460 feet of the
North 55 feet of the South one-half of
the South one-half of the NW4, SA, NE4;
Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 12
West; containing 76, 900 square feet .
Area About 3000 block of Broadway, if
extended.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Jane C. Summers forever,
together with all and singular the tenements, appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Little Rock, a municipal
corporation, has caused these presents to be signed by its Mayor
and City Clerk, and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed, all
■ in accordance with and pursuant to a Resolution of its Board of
Directors, duly and regularly adopted, a copy of which is hereto

attached and made a part hereof, this day of February, 1971.

On this day personally appeared before me the undersigned, a
Notary Public within and for the County and State aforesaid, duly
qualified and acting, George Wimberly and Jane Czech to me well
known as the Mayor and City Clerk respectively of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and stated that they had executed the foregoing
Deed pursuant to provisions of Resolution No for the
considerations and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.

SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
