A RESOLUTION AMENDING IN PART SECTION 1
OF RESOLUTION NO. 4489 ADOPTED JANUARY 18 ,
1971 PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF AUTO-
MOBILES BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. That portion of Section 1 of Resolution No.
4489 adopted January 18 , 1971 which awards contracts for the
purchase of two Health Department cars to the successful bid
of Ross-Wright Plymouth Company for the total purchase price
of $6 ,274. 60 , is hereby amended and changed to award the con-
tract for the purchase of the said two Health Department cars
to Twin City American Company, as successful bidder for a total
purchase price, including tax, of $6 ,301. 84 .
The change in successful bidder for the two cars is made
inasmuch as the bid of Ross-Wright Plymouth Company did not
meet the specifications as advertised by the City.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
