A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOHN T.
MERIWETHER TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
A CONTRACT WITH LITTLE ROCK WATER
WORKS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A
WATER LINE TO THE HINDMAN PARK
GOLF HOUSE.
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock, Arkansas desires a
water line installed to serve the Hindman Park Golf Club
House; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas desires
to contract with the Little Rock Water Works for the
installation of said water line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. John T. Meriwether, City Manager of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas a contract with Little Rock Water Works to provide
a water line to serve the Hindman Park Golf Club House and
to grant on behalf of the City such easements as may be
necessary for such purpose.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
