A RESOLUTION CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION
OF PLANNER 1 IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE FILLING OF SAID
POSITION, PROVIDING THE MONTHLY SALARY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. There is hereby created an additional position of
Planner 1 in the Community Development Department at a monthly salary,
until changed officially, of $719.00. The duties and responsibilities
of this position shall be such as may from time to time be prescribed
by the City Manager.
SECTION 2. The position of employment created in Section 1
hereof shall be non-civil service and the City Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to cause such position to be filled at the
earliest practical time.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
