A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. EDWARD M.
PENICK TO THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ESTAB-
LISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 4 , 300 ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Edward M. Penick is hereby appointed as
a member of the Advisory Committee provided for by Resolution No.
4 , 300 , which is to be concerned with the effective utilization of
the provisions of Act 185 , Acts of Arkansas , 1965 , as amended.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
