A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE FOR THE
PUBLIC SERVICE OF MRS J. R. VINSON.
WHEREAS/ Mrs . J. R. Vinson has served the citizens of this
community as a member of the Library Board of Trustees since December 20,
1957; and
WHEREAS, the said Mrs . J. R. Vinson in this service has given
unselfishly of her time, energy and talent, and that such has been most
instrumental in the planning for and directing the growth of the City,
for all of which the Board of Directors desires to express sincere
appreciation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Mrs . J. R. Vinson is hereby commended for
exemplary public service as a member of the Library Board of Trustees
since December -20 , 1957 , for which the Board of Directors hereby
expresses grateful -appreciation.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
