RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
TO WALTER CUNNINGHAM; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Walter Cunningham served this City and its
inhabitants as an Assistant to the City Manager from
November 8, 1968 to December 31, 1969. And in doing so,
demonstrated a vitality, imagination and dedication which
contributed immeasurably to the progress of the City during
the period of his service; and
WHEREAS, for his service, the Board of Directors would
by this Resolution record a greatful thanks.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Walter Cunningham is hereby commended for
an exemplary and outstanding service to the inhabitants of
this City in his capacity as Assistant to the City Manager
for the period between November 8, 1968 and December 31, 1969.
SECTION 2. The Board of Directors sincerely wish for
Mr. Cunningham and his family future success and happiness
in his new undertaking in State Government.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
