A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DECISION OF
THE CITY TO NOT EXERCISE ITS OPTION ON
CERTAIN PROPERTIES OWNED BY THE HOMEBUILDERS
ASSOCIATION AND BEING SITUATE IN THE 8TH
STREET EXPRESSWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby confirms its
decision not to exercise its option on certain properties owned by the
Homebuilders Association and located within the 8th Street Expressway
right-of-way and approves the issuance of a building permit to the
Homebuilders Association for said property.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
