A RESOLUTION HONORING MARK PENNINGTON OF
THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , Crew No. 20 of the Sanitation Department has been
recognized for its initiative , dependability and resourcefulness in
serving the public during the year 1969 , and has been recognized as
"Crew of the Year, 1969 ; and
WHEREAS, Mark Pennington, one of five members of Crew No 20
has, like each of the others thereof, given his all toward this out-
standing accomplishment; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
honor the said Mark Pennington for outstanding public service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Mark Pennington, as a member of Crew No. 20
of the Department of Sanitation, is hereby honored for his outstanding
contribution in public service in which the said crew has been honored
as "Crew of the Year, 1969" .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
