A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PURCHASE A RIDER OR ENDORSEMENT FROM
WASHINGTON NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY ON
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'S GROUP POLICY;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to purchase from Washington National Insurance
Company a rider or endorsement to the City's group insurance
policy providing for Special Emergency First Aid with a
maximum benefit of $25.00.
SECTION 2 . Upon receipt of the rider or endorsement
showing the charge authorized herein, the City Manager and
Director of Finance are authorized to issue the necessary
warrant or warrants in payment of same.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
