A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
ACTING ON BEHALF OF AND FOR THE LITTLE ROCK PORT
AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES WITH GARVER AND GARVER, INC. ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement for engineering services with Garver and Garver, Inc.
on behalf of and for the Little Rock Port Authority. Said Agreement being
in form and substance as follows:

2. SCOPE OP VOIR: ENGINEER shall undertake to perform all angineer-
