A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PROCEED WITH A "POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND
SALARY SURVEY" . TO EMPLOY A CONSULTANT TO MAKE
SAID SURVEY; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT NOT TO EXCEED
TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00) ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed with a "Position Classification and Salary
Survey" and to employ the necessary consultant or consultants to
assist in said survey.
SECTION 2 . The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in
payment of services rendered by the consultant or consultants in
making the position classification and salary survey, but in no
case shall the total payment exceed the sum of $25,000.00.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
