A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF
W. R. ALSTADT, D. D. S . AS A MEMBER OF THE
CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION FOR THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS, W. R. Alstadt, D. D. S . , having served
more than 18 continuous years as a member of the Little
Rock Civil Service Commission has submitted his resignation
as such Commissioner effective April 7, 1969; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to accept
this resignation and in doing so extends to the said W. R.
Alstadt D. D. S. appreciation for his service to this
Community in this capacity.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The resignation of W. R. Alstadt, D. D. S .
as Civil Service Commissioner of the city of Little Rock is
hereby accepted this date:
SECTION 2. The service of W. R. Alstadt, D. D. S .
to this city as a Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission
for this more than 18 years last past is hereby recognized
as outstanding and unquestionably contributed invaluably
to the success of City Government. We commend him for his
dedication and contribution and trust that he will recall
this period of public service with pleasure and pride.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
