RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
A PORTION OF THE STREET LYING BETWEEN BLOCK 5 OF PLUNKETT 'S SUB-
DIVISION OF FOREST PARK AND BLOCK 6 OF ABRAM'S SUBDIVISION OF
BLOCKS 3 , 4, and 6 OF PLUNKETT'S SUBDIVISION OF FOREST PARK AND
LYING WITHIN 96 FEET OF STATE HIGHWAY NO . 10.
WHEREAS , a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 11th day of March, 1969 ,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of the
Street lying between Block 5 of Plunkett 's Subdivision of Forest
Park and Block 6 of Abram ' s Subdivision of Blocks 3 , 4, and 6 of
Plunkett 's Subdivision of Forest Park and lying within 96 feet of
State Highway No. 10, as designated on the Plats of said Additions
now appearing of record in Plat Book 1 at page 32 and Plat Book 3
at page 89, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said
street.
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION I . The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o 'clock
P .M. , on the 5th day of May , 1969.
SECTION II . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little
Rock.
