A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JANE CZECH,
ACTING CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS . AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. That Jane Czech, in addition to her duties as
Assistant City Clerk, be and she is hereby appointed effective
March 17, 1969, on a temporary basis, Acting City Clerk of the
City of Little Rock with full and complete responsibility for
performing the duties of said office.
SECTION 2. The appointment herein provided for shall in
no way effect the civil service status of said Jane Czech as
now exists .
SECTION 3. Said Acting City Clerk shall procure surety
bond in the amount of $10,000.00 to be approved by the City
Attorney and the Board of Directors .
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption,
