A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
TO VARIOUS LOTS IN FACTORIA THIRD ADDI-
TION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed in favor
of Pleasant Porter and Bernard J. Birnback as Trustees under
the Last Will and Testament of Kate G. Cammack, deceased, to
Lot 12, Block 26, Factoria Third Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; and to execute a Quitclaim Deed in
favor of the estate of Paul Leming to Lots 10 and 11, Block
26, Factoria Third Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
