A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO BRING THE NECESSARY LEGAL ACTION TO
DETERMINE THE PUBLIC ' S INTEREST IN AND
RIGHT TO USE A 30 FT. WIDE ROADWAY EASE-
MENT OVER LOT 6 , RIGGS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City Attorney is hereby authorized
and directed to bring suit against Thompson, Inc . , Town and
Country, Inc . , Westgate Corporation and Heights Development
Company, for the purpose of determing the public ' s interest
in and right to use a 30 ft. wide roadway easement over Lot
6, Riggs Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , and
attempt to have the Deed dedicating said easement reformed
to protect said public interest. i
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
