A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EMPLOYMENT
CONTRACT WITH FINLEY WILLIAMS AND W.
WILLIAM GRAHAM FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
IN MAKING VARIOUS CENTER LINE SURVEYS ;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . Finley Williams Engineers , Inc. ,
Consulting Civil Engineers and W. William Graham, Jr. , Inc . ,
Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors , are hereby employed
to determine center lines for various streets in the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . A contract to be executed by the Mayor
and City Clerk and authorized in Section 1 hereof shall be
in form and substance as follows :
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This agreement entered into this _ day of February,
1969, by and between the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
Finley Williams Engineers, Inc. ; WITNESSETH:
FIRST. Finley Williams Engineers, Inc. , for the
consideration hereinafter set forth, hereby agrees to
provide engineering services for establishing a center line
and/or right-of-way line for streets to be selected by the
staff of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and requested
in writing from time to time by the Little Rock City Manager.
SECOND. In consideration of the execution of this
contract and the services to be rendered by Finley Williams
Engineers, Inc. , the City of Little Rock, agrees to pay
for said services on a per job basis in accordance with the
following schedule:
2 man survey party $10.00/hour
3 man survey party 15.00/hour
4 man survey party 18. 50/hour
Office Engineer 7 . 50/hour
Drafting Work 6.75/hour
Principal ' s Time 12.00/hour
Permanent markers and other materials will be paid
for at invoiced costs.
Print expense and other printed matter will be billed
at invoiced cost.
