On December 10 , 1968, a petition was filed with
City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas, by various contiguous
landowners to vacate , abandon and close all that part of
Kentucky Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, lying 150 feet
west of Hughes Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, between
Lots 1 and 8 of Plunkett ' s Subdivision of Forest Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that February 17
1969, is fixed as the day for hearing of such petition
and the City Clerk shall give notice of such meeting by
publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in some
newspaper published in Pulaski County and having a general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
