SULLIVAN FOR HIS MANY YEARS OF SERVICE AND MANY CONTRI- BUTIONS TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK WHILE SERVING AS TRAFFIC JUDGE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . WHEREAS , Judge John L. Sullivan has announced his retirement from the Bench as Traffic Judge for the City of Little Rock; and WHEREAS , this Board, acting for and on behalf of the citizens of the City of Little Rock, wishes to express through this document, its appreciation to Judge Sullivan for his many years of service and many contributions to the City of Little Rock. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS . SECTION 1 . This long over-due commendation is given Judge John L. Sullivan for his many contributions to the City of Little Rock especially his continued and concentrated effort to improve traffic safety within the City. SECTION 2. This Board expresses its thanks to Judge Sullivan for his many years of dedicated service and wishes him a productive and enjoyable retirement. SECTION 3.
