A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO VARIOUS PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Upon the receipt of Five Hundred and NO/100 Dollars
($500.00) from Mr. Eugene R. Weinstein, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue a Quitclaim Deed to the following described
property in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas:
A part of Lot 5, Block 1, Capitol View Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5,
thence S 88° 23' 53" E along the South line of said Lot 5
18.64 feet; thence N 25° 35' 09" W along the South right-of-
way line to Third Street Curves 39.72 feet to a point on the
West line of said Lot 5; thence S 02° 23' 07" W along said
West line of Lot 5 35.34 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 329 square feet, more or less.
A part of Lot 6, Block 1, Capitol View Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6,
thence S 88° 23' 53" E along the North line of said Lot 6
18.64 feet; thence S 25° 35' 09" E along the South right-
of-way line to Third Street Curves 28.15 feet; thence S
47° 30' 33" E along said South right-of-way line to Third
Street Curves 38.12 feet to a point on the South line of
said Lot 6; thence N 88° 23' 53" W along said South line
of Lot 6 61.0 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 6;
thence N 02° 23' 07" E along the West line of said Lot
6 50.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1790
square feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
