A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO CONVEY CERTAIN REAL
ESTATE BELONGING TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4,404 dated February 11 , 1929,
conveyed certain property belonging to the City of Little Rock,
to Mr. J.H. Sanders ; and
WHEREAS , it appears that the Deed to Mr. Sanders at
that time was erroronous and this Board desires to convey to
the present owners of said property the correct amount of
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock be and they are hereby authorized and directed upon
the payment of the sum of Ten and NO/100 Dollars ($10.00) to
the City of Little Rock to convey by Quitclaim Deed the follow-
ing described property to the estate of John B. Milburn, deceased,
his heirs and assigns forever, to-wit :
The West 7 . 85 feet of the East 18 feet of the
West one-half (2) of Lot 4, Block 4, Jones and
Worthens Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
