HomeMy WebLinkAbout4117 RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION TO RETIRING BOARD MEMBERS WILLIAM F. STEINKAMP, JAMES F. HEWITT, MARTIN BORCHERT AND VICTOR MENEFEE ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The ever late Mr. Steinkamp, The ever late Mr. Steinkamp, The ever late Mr. Steinkamp, Till daylight doth appear. Mr. Hewitt watched the money, Mr. Hewitt watched the money, Mr . Honorable men they are who as members of the Board of Directors were ever dedicated to a City government of all the people, for all the people and by all the people directed to the progress and improvement in all that government should afford - 2 - and mean to people. Mr. Martin Borchert, Mr. William F. Steinkamp, Mr . James F. Hewitt and Mr. Victor Menefee are four such men. They will be missed in retirement from this public service. SECTION 3.
