A RESOLUTION COMMEMORATING MARK BLOCK, JR.
WHEREAS , Mark Block, Jr. was active in civic affairs,
being honored as Realtor of the Year for 1968, passed from
this life on November 4, 1968; and
WHEREAS , this Board of Directors wishes to commemorate
his passing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. This Board of Directors individually and
collectively for and on behalf of the citizenry of this
community and to commemorate his memory would acknowledge the
contributions Mr . Block made to his fellow man and the City
of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The Board of Directors express their heart
felt sympathy to members of the family of their bereavement.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
