4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK,ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-4606-A: DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE FRACTIONAL NW 1/4 AND
13 PART OF THE FRACTIONAL SW 1/4 OF SECTION 7, T-1-S, R-13-W,
14 PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
15 AS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID
16 S 1/2 FRACTIONAL NW 1/4 SAID SECTION 7 THENCE SOUTH ALONG
17 THE WEST LINE OF R-13-W 1178'; THENCE S01°54'05" E 222.89':
18 THENCE S89°48'46" E 130.54'; THENCE S00°36'00" E 461.11' TO THE
19 POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N78°00'00" E 324.89'; THENCE
20 S00°30'00" E 51.02'; THENCE S78°00'00" W 324.89'; THENCE N00°36'00"
21 W 51.01' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 0.373 ACRES,

24 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
25 Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
26 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
27 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the
28 date of its passage and approval.
29 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
30 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
31 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shalt 'emain,,,,,

1 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
2 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
3 inconsistency.
