A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND
DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO PREPARE A
REVISED COST ESTIMATE ON THE KANIS PARK PROJECT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the cost of completing the Kanis Park Project
will increase, due to rising prices and the time necessary to
complete the project; and
WHEREAS, a revised cost estimate should be prepared by
the City Manager and Director of Parks and Recreation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager and Director of Parks and
Recreation are authorized and directed to prepare a revised cost
estimate on the Kanis Park Project.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after, its adoption.
