A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT ON BIDS FOR
DENTAL EQUIPMENT TO BE USED BY THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for various items of
dental equipment to be used by the Health Department of the City
of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bidder
has been determined, and it is the desire of the Board of
Directors to authorize a contract to purchase the dental equip-
ment from the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bid
on various items of dental equipment to be used by the Health
Department of the City of Little Rock is hereby accepted and a
contract awarded as follows:

ITEM BIDDER TWO INCLUDING TAX
2 - White Wall. Un-ettes Davidson Dental
Supply Company $4, 640.15
2 - Wall Type Operating Davidson Dental
Lights Supply Company 542 .81
SECTION 2. Upon delivery of the aforementioned items of
dental equipment, complying in all respects with the bidding speci-
fications and bid proposal, the City Manager and Director of
Finance are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary
warrant or warrants in payment of said contract price.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
