A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING ACTION
OF THE MAYOR AND SIGNING ARTICLES OF INCORPOR-
ATION OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS ECONOMIC DEVELOP-
MENT DISTRICT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The action of the Mayor of the City of Little
Rock in signing Articles of Incorporation of Central Arkansas
Economic Development District, a non-profit corporation, is
hereby ratified and confirmed.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
