A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AND AMENDING THE
DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FIRST
NATIONAL BANK AND THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CALENDAR YEAR OF
1968 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. That certain Depository Agreement dated
January 10, 1968, between the City of Little Rock and the First
National Bank in Little Rock, providing for the deposit of
City of Little Rock funds of whatever nature is hereby amended
to provide that checks drawn on said accounts shall be drawn
in the name of the City under the joint signatures (either
one of which may be facsimile) of any two from among the City
Manager, Director of Finance or Mayor.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
