A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND
DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO PREPARE A
REVISED COST ESTIMATE ON THE LITTLE ROCK CITY
ZOO REDEVELOPMENT - PHASE III .
WHEREAS , the cost of completing Phase III of the Re-
development of the Little Rock City Zoo will increase due to
rising prices and the time involved for job completion; and
WHEREAS , a revised cost estimate should be prepared by
the City Manager and Director of Parks and Recreation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager and Director of Parks and
Recreation are authorized and directed to prepare a revised cost
estimate on the Little Rock City Zoo Redevelopment - Phase III.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
