A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT ON BIDS
FOR PAINTING AND REPAIRING THE EXTERIOR
OF THE MUSEUM AT McARTHUR PARK; AUTHORIZ-
ING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised
and bids received pursuant thereto according to law for
the painting and repairing of the exterior of the museum
at McArthur Park; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsible and responsive
bidder has been determined and it is the desire of the
Board of Directors to authorize a contract to have the work
done by the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The lowest responsible and responsive
bid on the painting and repairing of the museum at McArthur
Park is hereby accepted and a contract awarded as follows :

ITEM BIDDER PRICE
Painting & repairing the
exterior of the museum at Don McCormick
McArthur Park Painting Company $2, 943.00
SECTION 2. Upon completion of the aforementioned
painting and repairing, complying in all respects with the
bidding specifications and bid proposal , the City Manager and
Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the necessary warrant or warrants in payment of said
contract price.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
