A RESOLUTION IN COMMEMORATION OF E.E.
BEAUMONT
WHEREAS, E.E. Beaumont, beloved by all, departed
this life on July 20, 1968, having served his City as a
member of the Auditorium Commission for twenty eight (28)
years, from January 19, 1940 ; and
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors individually and
collectively for and on behalf of the citizenry of this
community and to commemorate his memory, acknowledge and
express thanks for this man' s life of service to his fellow-
man.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITYOOF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. E.E. Beaumont' s life of service
to his City and all people is a legacy for which everyone
is truly proud. Our hearts are saddened in his passing and
yet there is joy for those of us who know him well.
SECTION 2. The Board of Directors express their
heart-felt sympathy to all members of the family in their
bereavement.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
