A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND MAKING APPOINT-
MENTS TO VARIOUS BOARDS , COMMISSIONS AND
AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . Mr. Ross E. Anderson is hereby appointed
to a five (5) year term as a member of the Little Rock Municipal
Port Authority effective July 7 , 1968.
SECTION 2 . Mr. Edwin L. Baxley is hereby appointed
to a five (5) year term as a member of the Little Rock Municipal
Parking Authority effective August 2 , 1968.
SECTION 3 . The appointment of Mr. Lou Hoffman as a
member of the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, to
fill the unexpired term of the late Alvin Bell , which term
expires October 29, 1970, is hereby confirmed.
SECTION 4. Mr. Raymond A. Karcher, Sr. is hereby
appointed to a four (4) year term as a member of the Little
Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee commencing August 1 , 1968.
SECTION 5 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
