GENE WITHROW FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN DESIGNING AND SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION OF A CLUB HOUSE AT HINDMAN PARK GOLF COURSE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS . SECTION 1 . F. E. Gene Withrow, Architect, is hereby employed to prepare drawings and other necessary documents for the construction of a club house at Hindman Park golf course. SECTION 2 .
