A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACTION OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK IN AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE P. B.
PRICE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR SCHEDULE
III WORK ON THE COLISEUM SITE IMPROVEMENTS ,
ARK. R-17 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF Tt.E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby concurs with
and approves the action of the Housing Authority of the City of Little
Rock in awarding a contract to P . B . Price Construction Company for
Schedule III work on the Coliseum site improvements Ark. R-17 based
on an aggregate unit price bid of Fifty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred
Seventy and 62/100 Dollars ($58 870 .62) .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
