RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND APPOINTING ASSESSORS
IN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 138 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District
No. 138 of Little Rock, Arkansas , have filed the plans and a
certificate of approval issued by the Arkansas State Board of
Health approving said plans and have reported the estimate of
costs of constructing; the improvements contemplated in said
local improvement district to be $41, 500. 00, to be assessed
and charged upon the real property of the district according
to the benefits received, and it appearing that said plans
are as prayed for in said petition and that said estimate of
costs to be charged against the real property in the district
is less than 80% of all property in the district as shown by
the last county assessment;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the making of the assessment
for said improvement be undertaken, and Barnett Mays
Glenn D. Espy and Preston Wilbourne
are hereby appointed assessors to assess the benefits to be
realized by each lot or block or other subdivision of land in
said district.
