A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED
FROM SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY
TO REAL PROPERTY TO BE USED AS A PUBLIC
STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City of Little Rock, Arkansas hereby
accepts a Dedication Deed from the Southwestern Bell Telephone
Company to the hereinafter described parcel of real property
situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to be used as right-of-way
for a public street and related public utility purposes :
A parcel of land situated in Commonwealth Addition,
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows :
Part of Block 8, Commonwealth Addition, beginning
at northeast corner of Block 8; thence N. 89° 46 '
38" W, 200.06 feet; thence S. 00 045 49" E, 15. 40
feet; thence S. 89* 59' 38" E, 200 .06 feet; thence
N. 00 04' 49" W, 14. 58 feet to the point of beginn-
ing; except the North 10 feet dedicated to the public
per Deed 613, Page 41 ; containing 998 square feet,
more or less .
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
