RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE STREET LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS 9
AND 16, SUCCESS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 11th day of
June , 19 68 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of the street lying between Blocks 9 and 16,
Success Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated on the
Plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Record
Book #1, page 128, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said Petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 :30
o 'clock P. M. , on the 15th day of July , 19 68
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two ( 2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
