A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION DEED FROM
MRS . DONNIE H. GULLEY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts
a Dedication Deed to the hereinafter identified parcel of
real property situated in the City of Little Rock from
Donnie H. Gulley to be used as a public park and related
uses:
Lot 1, Block 32 , Jones and Worthen Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
