A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION DEED FROM
JIMMY B. WALTHALL AND VELVA L. WALTHALL, HIS
WIFE, TO PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR STREET RIGHT-
OF-,WAY PURPOSES ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts a
Dedication Deed from Jimmy B. Walthall and Velva L. Walthall,
his wife, to the following described real property to be used
as right-of-way for West Markham Street:
Beginning at a point which is 36. 50 feet North
and 30.00 feet East of the Southwest corner of
the NW4, NE4, Section 2, T-1-N, R-13-W; thence
N 2° 07 ' 04" W a distance of 24. 41 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve having a radius
of 25 .00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said
curve to the left a distance of 38. 38 feet;
thence S 89° 52 ' 16" W a distance of 24. 14 feet
to the point of beginning; containing 123 .65
square feet, more or less .
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
