A RESOLUTION APPOINTING S . RICHARD SIMS
AND WALTER N. BRANDON, JR. AS MEMBERS OF
THE OAKLAND CEMETARY BOARD; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. S. Richard Sims and Walter N. Brandon, Jr.
are each hereby appointed to a three (3) year term as members of
the Oakland Cemetery Board commencing April 2, 1968.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
