A RESOLUTION NOMINATING AND APPOINTING
LOUIS E. BARBER AS ONE OF TWO REPRESENT-
ATIVES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ON THE
ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AGENCY OF PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Louis E. Barber is hereby appointed for
a one (1) year term commencing May 20, 1968 as one of two
representatives of the City of Little Rock on the Economic
Opportunity Agency of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
